# Cooking Steps:
- Combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and uniform.
- Toss diced strawberries with lemon juice and sugar if using. Allow mixture to macerate for a few minutes.
- Layer one quarter of the oat mixture into each mason jar. Add a layer of prepared strawberries, followed by cheesecake mixture. Repeat layers if jar height permits, finishing with strawberries on top.
- Seal jars with lids and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight. Flavors will develop and textures will set during this period.
- Remove jars from refrigeration. Top with crushed graham crackers, fresh strawberries, or a dollop of yogurt or cream cheese as desired before serving.
